Yoga

We offer two basic types of classes at Palm Yoga:  technique and flow.  All of our yoga is taught with sensitivity and professionalism to leave you feeling fit, relaxed and rejuvenated after class.  We offer you these two distinct types of classes in the hopes that you attend the technique classes to learn the poses and then after a while, add flow classes to apply what you have learned and build up strength.

Technique Classes:

Yoga for Beginners Technique (YFBT):  In these classes, you will learn how to breathe as well as the details of the poses and how to perform them properly.

Advanced Technique (AT):   You are expected to know the basics of the poses in these classes as we delve deeper into the poses and anatomical movement.

All Levels Technique (ALT):  This is a middle ground between Yoga for Beginners and Advanced.

Flow Classes: The Palm Yoga Flow classes are a place for you to practice the form and function of the poses learned in our Technique classes.
