YogiKids A fun class for 5 - 9 year olds that focuses on yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. This class will incorporate stories, mini-meditations and yoga games. Yoga is a great way for kids to maintain/develop their natural flexibility, stay limber for sports, connect with their inner selves and develop self-confidence. Heathy habits formed in our younger years tend to carry on into our adult lives...give your kids this gift of health!
