Holistic Health Series

Join us for this series of therapeutic yoga workshops that address common problems or areas of discomfort. 

Each workshop is 4-hours and covers basic anatomy and physiology, breathing, and a specialized program of yoga poses that help to address the issue.  Also, all attendees will receive an at-home practice series to continue the work at home.
